MGW Series: Wide Width Enhanced, Superior Load-Bearing Performance

Compared with the "compact and lightweight" positioning of the MGN series, the MGW series, as a wide-width enhanced miniature linear guide, takes "high rigidity and strong load-bearing" as its core advantages and is specially designed for scenarios requiring moment load bearing. Its most prominent feature is the widened guide rail structure, which greatly improves the moment load capacity and anti-overturning capability of the guide rail, eliminating the need for paired installation. A single axis can meet the requirements of complex motion, effectively simplifying the equipment structure and reducing assembly difficulty and costs.

The MGW series is also equipped with the Gothic arch four-point contact design, ensuring high-precision operation even under high-load working conditions. The carriage is equipped with a built-in micro retainer wire, so the balls will not fall off when the carriage is removed, greatly facilitating installation, commissioning and maintenance.

The mainstream models of the MGW series include MGW7C, MGW9C, MGW12C/H and MGW15C/H, which correspond to the specifications of the MGN series, allowing users to flexibly switch models according to load requirements. Its application scenarios are more inclined to equipment with high rigidity and high precision requirements, such as the joint transmission of precision manipulators, semiconductor wafer transfer equipment, the precise operation mechanism of medical surgical instruments, and the measurement platform of precision testing instruments, realizing stable and precise heavy-load transmission in a small space and ensuring the core performance of the equipment.
