LIN Engineering Plastic Super Linear Bearings (Model: RJMP) are high-precision transmission components with high-performance polymers as the core material, suitable for harsh working conditions in multiple scenarios. Relying on innovative structural design and material modification technology, they break through the performance limitations of traditional metal bearings and ordinary plastic bearings, boasting multiple advantages including self-lubrication, contamination resistance, corrosion resistance and low noise. These bearings can directly replace similar engineering plastic linear bearings from igus® Germany (such as the iglidur® series, corresponding to the igus® LM series and other equivalent models), fully matching their original installation dimensions and operational requirements. The core of the product is precision injection-molded with EPB 13 high-performance polymer, whose performance is benchmarked against the special engineering plastics for the iglidur® series of igus® Germany (e.g., iglidur® W360, iglidur® G). Compared with ordinary engineering plastics and basic-grade igus® materials, this material has undergone special modification treatment, integrating reinforced fibers and solid lubricating particles, thus achieving a three-fold upgrade in wear resistance, load-bearing capacity and self-lubrication performance. It fundamentally avoids the pain points of metal bearings being prone to rust and ordinary plastic bearings having insufficient load-bearing capacity, while also optimizing temperature resistance and chemical stability. The material itself has excellent chemical stability, which can resist the erosion of various alkaline cleaning fluids and chemical media, and is suitable for a working temperature range of -20℃ to +60℃—better than the 0℃ to 50℃ temperature range of some similar igus® products. Even under extreme temperature differences, it can still maintain structural stability and transmission accuracy, and can adapt to complex working conditions without additional protective coatings.

Applicable shafts can be selected from AS surface-hardened aluminum shafts, CS hard chrome steel shafts and ES 304 stainless steel shafts, which can be flexibly matched according to the corrosion resistance and strength requirements of different application scenarios, with adaptability completely consistent with igus® bearings. LIN Engineering Plastic Super Linear Bearings (Model: RJMP) adopt an integrated all-plastic structure (with the outer ring of some models paired with chemically treated metal aluminum), and their structural design is benchmarked against similar products from igus® Germany. Leveraging a straight-groove inner cavity design and an open sliding film structure, they not only guarantee transmission accuracy but also enhance adaptability to harsh environments, while meeting the needs of convenient installation and later maintenance. The RJMP model can directly replace corresponding igus® models without modifying the equipment installation structure.

1. Straight Groove Pollution Discharge Structure: A special straight groove is reserved in the inner cavity, which can quickly collect impurities such as dust and sand, and discharge the impurities out of the system through the continuous linear movement of the bearing. It completely solves the problem that traditional ball bearings and some igus® bearings without a pollution discharge structure are easily stuck by impurities and scratch the shaft, greatly improving the service life under dusty and impurity-rich working conditions.
